Please read the rules , and remember the disqualifying factors... if a story is not available online, don't nominate it. If it was written in any year other than 2001, don't nominate it. If you're not sure of when it was written, email the author. I'm sure they'd be delighted to know that you like their story enough to nominate it.
Also, be sure to read the category descriptions before you nominate. Specifically, make sure that the stories you nominate in the length specific categories are of the length you're nominating them for. (The length is the file size of the story when it's saved as a text file. Stories saved in other formats, particularly html, contain extra code which makes them longer.) Make sure that your nominees for Best Author have written at least one story in the year 2001. Make sure that your nominees for Best Series have at least one part that was posted in 2001. Nominees for Best Series aren't required to have all their parts/chapters posted in 2001. Lastly make sure that if you nominate a story for Best Sex Scene and it contains more than one sex scene, to specify which scene you are speaking of. A numeric specification (e.g. The third sex scene) is appreciated, but for longer stories, a one-line description (e.g. The sex scene after they escape the Bounty Hunter and are hiding in the old warehouse) will do.
There is one person tallying the nominations. Keeping a record of the stories and the nominations they receive is a daunting task. Any assistance from the nominators that makes things easier is much appreciated. Thank you all.
